2025
Photo-Sonics, Inc. celebrates 100 years in business!
 
On August 22, 2025, Photo-Sonics, Inc. successfully demonstrated two ARTIS Close-In prototypes at U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range. This demonstration effort involved robust environmental heat, cold, rain and vibration tests along with dynamically tracking small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (sUAS) and small rockets over a four-month period. The U.S. Army is satisfied with the Close-In prototype’s performance which will enable Photo-Sonics, Inc. to negotiate a sole-source follow-on production contract with the U.S. Army.

  • July – Delivered additional 3 auxiliary trailers to U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range.
  • May – Delivered 3 auxiliary trailers to U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range.
  • April – Delivered two ARTIS Close-In prototype to the U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range.
 
2024
Photo-Sonics, Inc. was awarded a 3rd purchase order by the U.S. Army for an additional 5 ARTIS Fly-Out systems along with various support equipment and spare kits valued at $78M.
 
2023
Photo-Sonics, Inc. was awarded a second purchase order by the U.S. Army for an additional 9 ARTIS Fly-Out systems along with associated support equipment valued at $44.81M.
 
 

2022
Photo-Sonics, Inc. was awarded a purchase order by the U.S. Army for 12 ARTIS Fly-Out systems along with support equipment and spares valued at $47.26M.
